We had a great experience with Captain Roofing! Jeff came out to our home and helped us identify a leak around our chimney flashing that was causing water intrusion. He was thorough in his inspection, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he found. Just as importantly, he was kind, professional, and easy to work with. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely takes the time to get to the root of the problem rather than rush through the job. We really appreciate Jeff’s help and would highly recommend Captain Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company!

Paul kept us in the loop with regular communications and on the job visits. They also communicated well with our insurance company to be sure we received the correct reimbursement. People doing the work were also friendly and helpful. We would use them again.

I had a great experience with Captain Roofing Company. Paul Giilbert and the team was professional, reliable, and easy to work with from start to finish. Marcus Ashpaugh did a great job on the roof, paid attention to detail, and made sure everything was cleaned up when the job was completed. I really appreciated their communication and the quality of their work. I would definitely recommend Captain Roofing Company to anyone looking for a dependable roofing company! Paul Gilbert the project lead came over after the job was finished climbed up on the roof and double checked spots had questions on and made sure the quality of they work was to satisfactory thanks you
Marcus held my hand the whole process through I was extremely grateful for him and his knowledge I just became an homeowner and knew nothing of filing a claim etc thanks I have recommended your company to several friends and family.
Thanks

The Captain Roofing crew did a top-notch job throughout the whole process of installing a roof.

After a storm caused damage to our roof, Jeff was quick to patch the hole to prevent any additional water leaks.

When our insurance denied our initial claim for a full-roof replacement, Jeff continued to provide evidence and information to show the damage required a new roof. The claim was finally approved thanks to Jeff’s effort.

In a day’s work, Captain and their crew had our entire roof replaced and the new roofing looks fantastic.

10/10 would recommend.

Captain Roofing did a fabulous job replacing our roof and guttering after a massive hail storm. A big shout out to Austin, our CR representative, who walked us through the process step by step and was so helpful with the insurance claim, on-site management, and his oversight of the entire job from start to finish. We would (and have) recommended Captain Roofing to neighbors who had damage from the same hail storm.

We have had our roof replaced by Captain Roofing twice now thanks to some crazy Missouri weather! Both times, Paul and Jeff were extremely communicative about the process and responsive when we had questions. We are very happy with the customer service and work Captain Roofing has provided and would highly recommend them for those in need of a roof.

Great roof from a great company! Paul and Jeff were easy to work with and took care of everything with our insurance company. They answered all our questions with zero pressure. The crew was efficient and detailed. If you are needing a new roof in the KC area, I highly recommend using Captain Roofing!

**Edited - Due to a massive hailstorm in March we had to have our roof replaced again in May, just a few short months after the first replacement. I called Captain Roofing and they did a phenomenal job again! This time gutters were done too.
