Owner & Production Manager
Born and raised in Nebraska, Spencer joined the US Army in 2009 and entered the roofing industry in 2016. He works closely with our crews and suppliers to ensure top-notch quality in every project.

Owner & Sales Manager
Jeff's roots in home improvement run deep, having grown up in a family business focused on painting and restoration. He’s been dedicated to the roofing industry since 2014 and is passionate about building a team that serves with honesty and integrity.

A Kansas native, Emma has a background in Machine Tool Engineering and a passion for music, excelling as a first-chair clarinetist. After five years as a machinist, she shifted gears to roofing, where she’s spent the last seven years growing her expertise. Outside of work, she’s a dedicated strongman competitor, earning pro status in 2024 and setting her sights on a pro card in the next five years.

Carl loves spending time outdoors hiking and camping in the mountains. When he’s not exploring nature, he enjoys woodworking and designing furniture and décor. A loyal member of the Bills Mafia, he’s also a big fan of watching UFC fights and catching a good game.

Raised in the small village of Plymouth, Nebraska, Tessa grew up in a military family with her dad serving 30 years in the Army. She has a strong passion for animal rescue and brings a small-town mindset to her work—looking out for others and giving back to the community. She enjoys roofing because it allows her to help neighbors feel safe and secure after a storm

Hailing from Stilwell, KS, Paul brings 14 years of roofing experience to Captain Roofing. A graduate of the University of Kansas, he's passionate about guiding homeowners through the insurance and roofing process. Outside of work, he enjoys cheering on the Chiefs, staying active, and spending quality time with his family.

Originally from Winnetoon, Nebraska, Landon enjoys reading, spending time with friends, and being with his close-knit family. What he loves most about roofing is the chance to connect with people and help them through an important part of caring for their home.

Lead Project Consultant
Austin, from Conrad, Iowa, is a hands-on problem solver who loves Legos, cars, boating, and working out. A graduate of University of Northern Iowa, he values family and adventure. Now in his fourth year of roofing, he enjoys guiding homeowners through the claims process. A fun fact? He’s the third owner of a 1915 Ford Model T and a descendant of Captain Thomas Willett, the first and third mayor of New York City.

Originally from Lyndon, Kansas, Trystan enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and just about anything outdoors. A U.S. Army combat medic since 2019 and a civilian paramedic, he’s passionate about serving his community. In roofing, he finds purpose in helping homeowners feel secure and protected in their homes.

Originally from New Braunfels, Texas, Brandon attended the University of Houston and enjoys an active, outdoors lifestyle—camping, hiking, hunting, and fishing.
